Exchange Policy

We are always confident that you will be happy with your purchase from however we do understand that there may be occasions where you need to exchange your item, be it for another size, or perhaps a new item altogether. Therefore, we will be happy to do this on the proviso that the items you wish to exchange are returned to us on the below address no later than 28 days after the date of purchase.

Any items returned must also be sent back in a saleable condition, this means that any packaging, labels etc must still be on/attached to the garment and or item.

Should the return items show any signs of use, wear or any form of damage then an exchange cannot be given.

Faulty Items

Should you find yourself in need of either an exchange or refund of an item you believe to be faulty, please call us on 01743 289177 where we can discuss the options available, which will depend on both the item and nature of the fault.

Please be aware that while we are happy to assist with refunds and exchanges; any requests of this nature must be submitted to us with 28 days of purchase, any requests outside of this time frame can only then be granted on a case by case basis, and unfortunately we may not be able to offer either

Personalised Items – With regards to personalisation, for instance, name printing on a shirt, once this has been completed,  we are thereafter unable to issue an exchange or replacement should your item be incorrect.(wrong size ordered etc) – If the item has a of fault with it,  then you will need to contact us on the below email so we are then able to look into the situation which will be rectified on dependant on the issue. Again, dependant on the manner of the fault and/or the time frame it may have developed we may be unable to offer a refund.

We also cannot guarantee delivery times on personalised items, we will endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible, however, due to the extended processing time this is not always possible. The total order will be despatched once the goods have been personalised.

Shipping and Despatch Information

Shrewsbury Town FC ship to all corners of the world and postage is dependant on whether it is overseas or UK.

At present, all UK mail is charged at a flat rate of £4.99, for this your order will be sent first class, recorded via Royal Mail, apart from Face Masks, which are charged at £1 for 1-2 units.

Sending it recorded gives us the ability to trace your parcel for you and rectify any unlikely issues.

For mail being sent overseas, there is a charge of £15.00, again this is sent first class recorded through Royal Mail which gives us the ability to see where your parcel is. Shipping for our Face Masks is charged at £3.50 for 1-2 units, then £6 for any purchases of 3 or more masks.

While we cannot guarantee delivery dates, as these are dependant on the speed of Royal Mail, all UK orders placed will typically arrive within 3 days.

For overseas mail, the process of despatch is the same, however delivery times are dependant on the country destination and in general take 2 to 3 weeks or – in some cases more – although this is rare. Please be aware that at this time, the shipping time will be dependent on the country of recipient.
